Black Bean Brownies- Gluten Free, Oil Free, Vegan
When I need a chocolate fix, these are my absolute favorite.
No flour. No oil. Just pure delicious.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Lightly spray a 9x9" baking pan with oil- just enough to prevent the batter from sticking.
Add all ingredients to Vitamix, except chocolate chips. Blend well, adding a tiny stream of water to allow it to mix better, if needed.
Pour into prepared baking pan, top with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake 22-27 minutes, or until sides separate from the pan.
Let cool 30 minutes before serving.
