Ingredients

whole oats

oat flour
Make your own oat flour by blending whole oats in a high-speed blender.

brown sugar

applesauce

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
allspice

vanilla

dried cranberries
or raisins, chocolate chips, dried apricots, dried apple, etc.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Combine oats, oat flour, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Stir in applesauce, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Press into muffin cups or heart-shaped silicone mold (see above for link).
Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown and more firm than soft on top when pressed.
Cool. Serve immediately or keep in airtight container for several days.
