Heart Bars – Vegan, Oil-Free (Heart Thrive Copycat)

Mark and I love these Heart Thrive bars from The Healthy Baking Company. We have bought hundreds of them… and plan to buy hundreds more. Yet once in awhile I want to have something just like them at home, without heading to our favorite co-op to get them.

While this is not an exact copycat recipe, it’s yummy enough and similar enough that it satisfies my craving… until I can get my hands on another one. I may have to order some online (cranberry and apricot are our faves) to keep some stocked here.

I use this Wilton silicone heart-shaped mold for ours, and the size and shape is almost identical to the Heart Thrive bars we get at the store.

If you’re in the mood for a sweet, happy snack, try these. Also a great treat for Valentine’s day.
